# \[Notice\] K STADIUM Project Pre-screening Registration Guide

## DAO-based, Community-led crypto VC

K STADIUM intends to rationally execute investment in the Community Pool using DAO and continuously develop its ecosystem through various new investment projects. K STADIUM Compliance is formed to manage and supervise Community Pool in a more transparent and fair way. This investment team is consisted of a group of experts and supports the execution of investment through objective evaluation results. ## Voting process

Since the current K STADIUM service is an open beta version, the investment team of K STADIUM Compliance is in charge of project verification for service stabilization. Projects selected through its verification process are posted on the forum for investment pre-screening. Various discussions on investment are held in the forum, and the project team must faithfully respond to the relevant answers. Projects that have undergone the final pre-screening in the forum are officially registered in the app after the project team pays a certain deposit directly to the community of K STADIUM APP, and voting takes place for 7 days.

## How to Submit a Project and Start Pre-Screening

> Project Selection Criteria
> 
> 1. A project must be able to be upgraded as a service of Ground Chain.
> 2. A project must be able to issue project tokens and provide its own tokens to participants in the K STADIUM ecosystem.
> 3. A project must target the global market.
> 4. A project can be crypto-applicable. (optional)

1. The investment team conducts due diligence and verification of the project.

1. Projects selected through the verification process are introduced directly by the investment team through the forum, and pre-screening of the investment is carried out.
2. Various discussions about investments are held in the forum, and the project team must faithfully respond to the relevant responses. After sufficient discussion for more than 7 days, and if the possibility of passing the vote is checked according to the discussion result, the project team may directly raise an agenda and conducts voting.

## How to register to vote in the K STADIUM App

1. Voting registration must be uploaded directly by the project team that will receive the investment.

2. Register an investment proposal through the [New Proposal] button in the community menu.

3. SOM voting is held for seven days.

4. Voting results are automatically counted after the voting ends.

5. Proposals that have passed the vote will have their deposit refunded to the wallet used for registration, and those that have rejected the deposits will be burned.

## How to execute investment

1. Passed investment proposals will be invested from the Community Pool with the support of the investment team.

2. The proportion of overall SOP delegated is adjusted as the same amount as the number of funds in the Community Pool is reduced.

3. Rewards for project tokens will be distributed to SOM in the amount agreed with the investment team.

4. After the investment is executed, more information on the project and roadmap can be found on the Investment page in the Community.
