# \[Policy Discussion\] Proposal of SOP 50% Reduction and Inflation Adjustment

Hello, this is the K STADIUM team

We are pleased that we have completed the preliminary design of R2E, which will soon be available to our SOs and SOMs.  
K STADIUM R2E is designed to provide more rewards to users who contribute to the activation of K STADIUM, as well as to increase the value of KSTA, and the utilization of SOP through coordination with the Community Pool.

However, there are currently two issues that need to be addressed in order for the R2E model designed by K STADIUM to proceed and operate normally.  
The first is to cut 50% of the SOP currently held/delegated by our users, and the second is to adjust the allocation of 100 million KSTA inflation that is currently issued annually.

Then, we will explain why these two proposals must be passed for R2E to proceed.

# SOP 50% Burning

**[Rapid growth of Community Pool funds and hurdles to newcomers]**

Over the last two years, the Community Pool has experienced explosive growth, attracting assets reaching 680 million KSTA, resulting in a deterioration of the Community Pool’s annual return, which has been a hurdle to entry for new participants.

In various channels we communicate with our SOs and SOMs, there have been concerns about the deterioration of Community Pool reward rates and the decrease in utilization of SOP.  
These concerns led to a decline in new users’ participation due to low returns, and only existing investors participated in the Community Pool.  
Also, there were monetization methods such as Atheneswap’s Yield Farming in the K STADIUM ecosystem, but this was not attractive to new users as it was even difficult for existing users to use.

**[Attract new investors by 50% SOP reduction]**

While searching for a solution to the above problem, we reviewed the proposal to SOP reduction, which was previously mentioned in the community, and decided that it would be possible to attract new investors and could help increase the value of KSTA.

If the 50% of SOP held by existing SO and SOM is cut, it will improve the Community Pool’s reward rate, which was the biggest hurdle for new investors.  
New investors will have the opportunity to acquire more voting power than existing users, and the coordination with R2E will increase the demand for KSTA, eventually leading to an increase in the value of KSTA.

**[New opportunities for existing investors via 50% SOP reduction]**

We understand that many SOs and SOMs are concerned about the value of KSTA.  
Currently, one of the biggest challenges to KSTA’s value growth is the stagnant influx of new users.  
K STADIUM team believes that KSTA’s value will increase naturally if there is a good composition of existing users contributing to the ecosystem, R2E, and new user inflow.

We are aware that SO SOM users will feel uncomfortable with the idea of reducing their current SOP, as they believe that their assets will be reduced.  
However, as mentioned above, if there is no influx of new users in the ecosystem, the KSTA value increase will undergo a tough period.  
For the future of the ecosystem, we would like to say that creating an environment where new users can be active and gain more worth will lead to one of the ways to gain greater benefits later time.

Moreover, as previously mentioned, active users within K STADIUM are also important, and we will continue to improve and develop all services, including K STADIUM R2E, so that our active users can be further rewarded.  
We also value the contributions of the ecosystem, and will ensure that K STADIUM rewards cannot be earned without continued activity and contribution.  
With this 50% reduction in SOP, we expect to bring more rewards to active users by separating active users from inactive users.

Additionally, there will be no change to your current Voting Power after the reduction, allowing you to be in the same place as new participants and have the opportunity to earn more Voting Power than inactive users.  
This will create an environment for new participants, but it will also create an environment for existing active users.  
Without further development, what we hope to achieve with this proposal is to give active users the opportunity to earn more rewards for their retained Voting Power.  
We believe that this is the beginning of a systemic structural improvement that will allow active users to be rewarded more, and that the rewards for active users will be the beginning of a revaluation of the value of KSTA.

To wrap up, the most significant aspect we expect is that existing users will be in a better position.  
We believe that existing users will have a first-mover advantage over new users through various uses of KSTA, in addition to the increase in demand for KSTA through the influx of new investors.

# Inflation Allocation Adjustment

**[Securing R2E resources and adjusting the inflation]**

The currently planned K STADIUM R2E is designed to give KSTA as a referral reward.  
After we decided on KSTA as the resource for R2E, two main factors were the biggest challenges: reward source and the KSTA value defense.  
If the rewards are funded from the foundation resource, it is easy to secure financial resources, but in the end, we concluded that it would be difficult for value to increase due to the increase in KSTA circulating supply.

As a result, we came to the conclusion that the solution to secure funding for R2E rewards without increasing KSTA circulation was to allocate funding for R2E through inflation adjustment.

**[Adjustment of the Inflationary allocation ratio]**

Currently, the annual inflationary allocation of KSTA is 100 million KSTA per year, distributed as follows:

- **Development/Operator : Block(Validator) Reward : Community Pool = 2 : 6 : 2**

For the R2E funding proposal, we would like to allocate 40 million KSTA per year to R2E funding, with 50% each from development/operator rewards and block(validator) rewards.

To summarize,

- **Development/Operator : Block(Validator)Reward : R2E : CommunityPool = 1 : 3 : 4 : 2**

We believe that 40 million KSTA per year will contribute significantly to the value of KSTA in the form of a decrease in KSTA circulation rather than an increase if the regular R2E structure is returned, as the design of R2E requires participants to participate in look-up, vesting, and community pools to earn rewards.

For more information, please refer to the R2E Initial Policy, which will be released together.

If the above two proposals are passed, we expect the K STADIUM team designed R2E will be able to operate normally.  
In order to proceed with R2E, a game-changer for future explosive growth, we would like to ask our SO and SOM members to agree to the above two proposals by voting.

We will announce the vote next week, and we ask for your consideration of these two proposals, which are essential for the start of R2E.

The K STADIUM Team will always do our best for the K STADIUM ecosystem.

재단의 의견

기존 SO SOM 분들이 보유하신 SOP의 50%가 삭감될 경우, 신규 투자자분들의 가장 큰 진입 장벽이라고 느껴지던 Community Pool 보상률 개선 효과가 나타나게 됩니다.

본인의 생각

SOP의 50%가 삭감될 경우, 신규 투자자분들의 더 큰 우려가 생깁니다 Community Pool 보상률 개선효과 보다 더 큰 자신의 투자금 삭감의 염려를 함으로써 신규가입자는 더 늘지않게됩니다

재단의 의견

지난 2년간 Community Pool은 6억 8천만 KSTA에 달하는 자산이 유치 되는 폭발적인 성장이 진행 되었으나 성장에 따른 Community Pool 연간 보상률 악화가 진행되어 이는 신규 참여자들의 진입 장벽으로서 다가왔었습니다

본인의 생각

지난 2년간 성장은 사실 1억 KSTA 입니다 발족당시에 5억8천만으로 시작했으니까요 보상율 악화가 신규 진입 장벽이라고는 생각하지 않습니다 KSTADIUM 재단의 진행과정이 매끄럽지 못하여 신규 Project 참가 숫자 및 양질의 Project 가 적어서 일어난 일이지 보상률은 큰 문제가 되지않습니다  
보상률이 낮아도 가격이 오르면 해결될 부분이니까요 문젯점의 근원이 재단내에 존재하는 것이지 투자자의 투자금액이 많아서 보상률이 낮아진다는 것은 궤변입니다

앞으로 신규가입자의 KSTA 투자금도 SOP로 전환할 경우 50%삭감하는것인가요? 그렇지 않다면 선투자한 사람들의 심리는 천분의 일로 가치가 하락한 것으로 느끼는데 후발로 참여하는 사람은 가치하락분 + 두배의 가치를 누리게 됩니다 이는 선투자한 사람들을 무시하는 수준을 넘어서는 갈취의 수준이라고 생각이 듭니다 소각시킨다고요 귀 재단이 보유하고 있는 KSTA 40여 억개중에서 소각시키는 것이 순서고 도리라고 생각되지 않으신지요

언급한 휴면유저들은 가만히 있는것이 아닌 힘겹게 인내하며 기다리시는 것입니다. Kstadium의 초기 발판은 만들어주신 분들인데 움직이지 않는다고 희생을 강요하는 정책을 누가 이해할까요?  
R2E도 내용은 획기적이나 우리를 힘겹게했던 네트워크를 떠올리게합니다.  
요즘R2E관련 무료채굴로 재미를 줄 수 있는 것들로 신규유입을 유도하면 훨씬 더 많은 유저들을 끌어들일 수 있는데  
굳이 다단계 처럼 인식될 수 있는 정책을 시행하려는지 이해 할 수 없습니다.

SOP를 50%로 삭감 한다는것은 초기 SOM 투자자들에 대하여 전혀 배려도 없고 초기 SOM 투자자들은 이미 많은 재산상 손실을 보고있는데 여기에 더 손해 보라고 하는것은 새로운 SOM과 형평성에 큰 문제가 있는 정책이라고 생각합니다.

SOP를 50% 삭감 없이도 Reward 받는것을 현재의 50%로 줄임으로써 R2E 자원을 마련할수 있다고 생각합니다.

그리고 모든 주체가 50%를 공평하게 삭감하여 R2E 자원도 더 많이 마련할수 있도록 …  
현재 제안한 1:3:4:2 비율에서 1:3:5:1로 하면 어떨까 싶습니다.

글로벌파트너십 성사 후에 r2e시행 제안합니다  
또한 가격, 신규유저 가입 등 그 이후 상황을 봐서  
한시적 r2e 설계 제안합니다  
sop소각은 현실적으로 무리가 있습니다  
한시적으로 인플레보상을 줄여 그 재원을 가지고 r2e보상에 쓰고  
신규유저는 커뮤니티풀 위임이 아닌 ksta스테이킹 등으로  
유통량을 조절하는것이 어떨까합니다  
r2e는 홍보입니다 홍보 소스를 먼저 운영사에서 만들어주시기 바랍니다

왜? 왜? 왜? 회원들의 소중한 자산을 건드려가면서 회사를 발전시켜야하나요? 아직까지 큰 고통을 가지고 기다리는 회원들에게 혜택을 주기보다 오히려 지분의 50%를 내놓으라고 강요하는 방법 이외에 새로운 방법을 찾아야합니다

r2e가 급하다고 하지않았습니나 글로벌파트너십 r2e동력이 필요합니다.  
신규유저 커풀위임은 현재가격과 사법리스크로 거의 불가합니다. 기존유저의 자산 소각없는 r2e로 재검토 요청드립니다  
유통량이 많은것도 아닙니다 재원이필요하다면 영구적인 것이 아닌 일시적으로 인플레수량을 줄여 확보하고 r2e시행효과를 봐서 추가적으로 연장 진행하면 됩니다. 영구적소각 방법은 받아들이기어렵습니다

신규유저가 쉽게 들어오게 하려면  
투자하고 난 후 해지를 쉽게 할 수  
있어야 합니다  
그런데 지금은 해지하려고 하면  
Inksta가 Ksta의 1/4 가치이니  
100만원 투자하고 해지하게 되면  
25만원 정도가 되니  
누가 투자하려고 할까요  
신규를 유치하려면  
손해 덜보고  
쉽게 해지할 수 있도록 하는게 먼저입니다

케이스타디움이 어떻게든 살려야 하는건 인정합니다~  
하지만  
이번 정책에 대해서는 지식이 부족한 1인이지만  
상식적으로 이해도 안되고  
올바른 정책이라는 생각이 조금도 안듭니다  
억이 넘게 투자해놓고 하루도 두다리 뻗고 잠을 자본지가언제인지 ㅠ  
안하던 알바까지 하고있습니다  
그런 현황에서 자산을 50프로삭감 이라는  
이번 정책 두손들어 반대합니다ㅠ

희망고문…  
KOK에서 KSTA로 넘어온것도 내 의지 아니었고  
모든 사업 잘 되길 바라며 회사가 원하는 데로 따라와 줬지만  
결과는 지금의 상황을 보면 회사의 무능을 알수 있었고 그래서 본질을 얘기하면 손발 잘리고  
순순히 바보처럼 따라야만 하는 현실…  
칼을 쥔 놈이 누구인가?  
SO도 대부분 해체되고 몇안되는 SO도 회사 입장을 따를수 밖에 없겠지 왜냐? 너무 모르는 어려운 사업이기에  
회사를 믿고 따라야만 하니까…  
하지만 우리가 처음에 믿고 따랐던 능력있고 젊은 사업가는 어디로 가고  
난 지금 살빠지고 껍질만 붙어 목에 줄이 달려있는 개가 된 느낌이다

희망고문하지마라

이렇게 오랜시간 기다린이유가 가치를 높이기 위해 소각?  
그것도 이벤트할때마다 손해 난거 조금 더 만회해 보려고  
알바한돈 쪼개서 조금씩 사 모은것을…

로드맵데로 진행되어온 현재 시스템에 걸맞는  
제대로 된 신규유저가 관심가질만한 아이템을 내 놓고  
글로벌시장과 협업. 한국 넷플릭스 얘기  
그거 불가능한건지?  
R2E가 누가봐도 재미있고 남녀노소 할수 있게 진입장벽 낫추고  
돈을 버는 게임으로 소문을 내고 이벤트를 통해 신규유저영입

투자자가 솔깃할만한 뭔가 대단한게 나올줄알고  
이 힘든시간을 버티고 있는 우리에게  
또 다시 이런식의 공지내용은  
점점 무능하고 희망이 없다는 결론

저희에  
바램은 다같은 마음일거라 생각합니다  
하지만  
재단,운영사는 신뢰와 믿음이 가장 중요하다고 생각합니다  
그런데도 불구하고  
요글래 운영사,재단의행동은  
그믿음과 신뢰를 져버리는 일들이  
다수 일어나고 있습니다.  
대량 매도된 사연  
디스코드에 올린글에 내보내기등등  
소통하는 커뮤니티라고 말하면서  
흔히 말하는 공산주의 정책이라고 할까요?  
그러다 보니 많은분들에 불신과 불만들이  
쌓여가고 있는 싯점에  
또다시 이해하지못하고 납득이 안가는  
정책을 내놓으니 다들 감정폭팔에 폭팔을  
하신겁니다.  
살아남아야 하기에 더욱도~ㅠㅠ  
제발 간신히 버티고 있는 우리들을  
버틸수 없는 바람에 쓰러지지 않게 해주세요 🙏
