In November 2022, due to many requests from SOs and SOMs who wanted to receive more rewards, a policy discussion to change the inflationary issuance rate from 2% to 6% was conducted through the forum and passed through a governance vote in February. However, with the upcoming listing of KSTA, the newly established key currency, we received many opinions that increasing the inflation rate to 6% will pose a significant risk to K STADIUM. After an internal review, we have determined that in the current situation, this risk could act as a serious consequence, so we would like to hear your opinions. Currently, K Stadium is in a case requiring growth in qualitative, not quantitative. Over the past year, many users have transferred their assets to the community pool, and we now have over 10 times than our original goal. We believe it is time for K STADIUM to focus on preserving and increasing the value of our coins rather than increasing the number of coins in the community pool. Since the most important factor in maintenance value is circulating supply, we have received many opinions that we should inform and communicate with all community members about the risks of the inflationary increase. Below contents are the minimal risks that we all need to be aware of before an inflationary increase, and the K STADIUM team would like to ask SOs and SOMs to think about them from a long-term perspective. **RISK1) KSTA depreciation due to rising inflation.** **“Rising inflation will eventually lead to a devaluation of the KSTA as the base currency.”** While the discussed 6% inflation adjustment may increase the number of KSTA rewards deposited. However, the increased rewards mean to imply a potential risk of increased supply in the market, and in the absence of deflationary factors, the increase in supply is expected to lead to a depreciation of KSTA’s value. As a result, a decrease in the value of KSTA means eventually a decrease in community members’ reward, even if the number of KSTA increases. - K STADIUM is about to change the ticker of KSTA and list it on exchanges. Both the KSTA in your wallet and the KSTA given as rewards are your assets. However, the inflation increase we are discussing may lead to increases in the number of rewards, but also leads to a decrease in the value of KSTA. - A critical concern is that while the increase in the amount of rewards is capped at 4%, the depreciation is unlimited. \* If the value of 1 won decreases based on 600 million community pools, it can cause a loss of 600 million won in an instant. **RISK2) Reduced project rewards due to reduced investment size.** **“A decrease in the value of KSTA will reduce the size of the investment in K STADIUM, which will reduce the project rewards to the community.”** As you know, one of the greatest benefits of investing in early-stage projects through K STADIUM is receiving Project Token (PT) rewards with high discount rates and other incentives. The amount and type of PT rewards are determined through discussions with the project team and are directly influenced by the size of our investment. However, it’s important to note that if the value of KSTA is low, the size of the investment fund paid out to us will be smaller, leading to a decrease in community rewards. - Since the size of the investment is based on the dollar exchange rate, a decrease in the value of the base currency (KSTA) leads to a decrease in the size of the investment. - The resulting decrease in project rewards (PT) will reduce the amount of investment rewards distributed to investors. Moreover, since PT is also listed on the exchange, opportunities for investors to earn profits, such as market price differentials, may also be lost. - We have already received project tokens (PT) as a reward from our first investment project, XenoDragon, on K STADIUM. The scale of this reward is determined through negotiations with the project based on the amount we invested. Therefore, as our investment amount decreases, our bargaining power regarding investment rewards significantly decreases as well. - In addition, the opportunity to invest in various projects is reduced. If the value of the community pool where the investment is executed decreases, the number of projects that can be invested will also decrease. VC investment may vary in size of return on investment depending on the performance of the investment project. Therefore, it is important to hedge risks by investing in various projects, and a decrease in the value of KSTA may result in the loss of this hedging opportunity. - As a result, a butterfly effect may occur in which the rewards to investors are significantly reduced due to the rise in inflation. **RISK3) Risk of losing future value with infinite potential** The essence to investment is to improve returns, and project tokens received through community pool investment can create a huge increase in value later. This is because investments that have been meticulously reviewed based on the growth potential of the project from proposal to investment decision will continue, and the potential that project tokens can bring is infinite. However, if the exchange value of the funds gathered in the community pool decreases, this leads to a reduction in investment, which in turn results in a decrease in the rewards of the project tokens to be distributed to you. _∴ A sharp rise in inflation leads to a decrease in the value of KSTA, a decrease in the investment amount, and furthermore, a loss of opportunity to generate profits, so we ask all K STADIUM users to make a careful decision._ **“The core of the K STADIUM reward is to use the power of the platform to invest in projects with high potential for upside and share the rewards together.”** The rewards of K STADIUM, which is still in the growth stage, may not be sufficient compensation for SOM. Of course, a change of 6% from the existing 2% can generate more than 600,000 rewards per day, which can have the effect of receiving 300 rewards for those who received 100 rewards every day. However, the risk of depreciation that you will have to bear will be much greater than raising inflation against its effects. On the other hand, project token rewards are expected to be much more valuable than inflationary rewards. We must increase the breadth of profit through investment in various high-quality projects, increase the value of rewards distributed to SOs and SOMs, and expand the ecosystem we want. To that end, preserving the value of the community pool will be our biggest mission right now. * * * The history of K STADIUM has just begun. We have gathered here to create greater value, and we are confident that we are writing a new history by gathering each other’s strength to the best of our ability. Also, we promise that our history will never be short. In all of that history, the value of your precious assets will have to be preserved and grow without limit. **Therefore, it is necessary to engage in long-term thinking aimed at greater leaps forward, rather than seeking temporary rewards to quench momentary thirsts. We would like to ask your opinion on “maintaining the existing inflation rate of 2% without any changes.”** ---

SO,SOM들이투표해서결정한것을없던걸로하는것은DPOI의철학에맞지않다고생각합니다. 그런리스크가있다는것은충분히이해하고공감합니다 인플레이션지급방법을변경해서회사가염려하는리스크도최소화하고우리가투표해서가결한취지도크게벗어나지안는다고생각되어다음과같이제안합니다. ※※ 총6%지급방법을2%는현행대로ksta로지급하고4%는sop로지급.※※ 우리모두는ksta가 거래소에 상장되고 K-STADUM성공하길진심으로원하고있습니다. 그렇지만한번투표해서통과된사안을백지화시키는것은더큰혼란을초래할수있다고생각되어반대합니다. 우리가어떤Dapp유치를위해투표할태100%성공을확신하고찬성하는분은없으리라고생각합니다 이번기회에우리DAO들이투표의의미를깊이생각하는시간되었으면좋겠습니다. ---

K stadium 운영사의 고뇌가 느껴집니다. 비록, 우리 som들의 첫투표제안에 의해 통과되어진 제안이지만, Ksta 코인 가치하락에 따른 손실 기간이 오래되어진다면 이 또한 우리 som들의 큰재산손실로 다가올 수 있는 현실이 될 수 있다 보아집니다. 양적성장 보다는 질적성장의 Ksta 가 되어야 함에 동의하며, 거버넌스 제안 또한 공감하는 바입니다. ---

6%를 받으면 개인적으로는 더 받겠되어 좋겠지만 … 현재 sop를 많이 가지고 계신 som에게 더 많은 sop를 가지게 될거구… sop를 조금씩 가지고 있는 대다수의 som에게는 작은 sop가 갈수밖에 없어 … 부익부 빈익빈 현상이 나타날거며 kstadium 전체 이익에는 반할수 있다고 생각합니다. 그래서 우선당장 조금 적게 받아도 현재의 2%를 유지하자는 새로운 제안을 지지하고 싶습니다. 물론 자본주의 사회에서 더 많이 가진자가 더 많이 가지려하는것은 충분히 이해하지만 전체 kstadium 의 건전한 발전과 장기적인 이익 실현을 위하여상대적으로 많은 sop를 가지고 계신 so 와 som 분들께서 현명한 판단을 해주시기를 부탁드리고 싶습니다. 아울러 현재 운영중인 각 so별 카톡방을 통하여 kstadium 의 미래를 위하여 수고하여 주시고 계심에 깊은 감사를 드리며 … 앞으로도 kstadium 장래를 위하여 예하의 som분들에게 선한 Leadership을 발휘해 주시면 감사하겠습니다. ---

저도 솔직히 찬성표를 행사했지만 이것은 심각하게 생각해야할 부분입니다. 리워드 숫자를 많이 받는다고 좋아하는 것은 참으로 어리석은 일이 될수있습니다. 만약 똑같은 조건에서 일부 회원만 리워드를 적게 받는다거나 또는 많이 받는것은 문제가 되지만 모두가 균등한 조건이라면 100kok를 받으나 50kok를 받으나 마찬가지입니다. 오히려 전체적인 수량에서 추가 수량을 발행하는것은 코인의 가치를 하락하게하는 요인입니다… 리워드 수량을 많이 받는다고 절대로 좋아할 필요가 없습니다. 뻥튀기도 단단함이 다르지요 초기에 k stadium 리워드가 kokplay보다 적기 때문에 k stadium 으로 이전하는것을 주저하는 이유 때문에 k stadium 의 리워드를 높여 자산이전을 독려하는 차원에서 한시적으로 필요했지만 이제 그 필요성마저 없어졌습니다. 어느 경매장에서 전세계에 두장뿐인 희귀 우표를 경매하는데 많은 사람들이 모였습니다. 그런데 경매중에 돌연 우표 소장자는 많응 사람들이 보는 앞에서 1장을 소각해 버렸답니다. 그랬더니 남아있는 1장의 가격이 애초 두장의 가격보다 훨씬 높게 매각되었다고 합니다. ---

저도 반대에 투표했던 한사람입니다. 하지만 지금 운영사가 말하는건 문제가 있어보입니다. Som들의 투표로 인해 가결된부분을 입맛에 안맞으니 철회하는게 어떠냐라는 말과 무엇이 다를까요? 두번에 걸쳐 고려한 사항이고 가결 되었다면 DAO의 결정을 존중하고 진행해야한다생각합니다. 진행하고 다시 새로운 대안을 제시해서 다시 투표하는게 맞다고 봅니다. 국회에서 법을 제정해놓고 이건 아닌것 같아요. 이법 무효로 합시다 하면 안되잖아요? 만약에 이가결된 내용을 운영사가 뒤집는다면 탈중앙화된 자율조직DAO 위에 최고 지도자 조직이 존재하게 되는거라 봅니다. 이번건은 이대로 진행하되 보안책을 투표안건에 올려야한다고 봅니다. 참고로 저는 2%—\>6%로 올려주는거에 반대했었습니다.^^ ---

처음에 이안건이 올라왔을때 가장 적극적으로 홍보하고 찬성하신걸로 알고 있습니다. 너무 쉽게 손바닥 뒤집듯이 생각을 바꾸시는건 아닌가요? 분명 운영사가 우려하는 부분을 이해 못하는건 아닙니다. 하지만 우리 Dao을 운영하고 꾸려나가는데에는 룰이라는게 있어야 합니다. DAO가 결정한걸 운영사가 뒤집을수는 없습니다. 다시 정책제안을 통해서 투표하고 그결정에 따라야겠죠. KSTADIUM 의 두번째 SO를 운영하시는분 입장에서 이부분은 운영사에 반드시 전달해야합니다. 원칙과 민주적 절차를 지키는 DAO를 위하여. 저는 2—\>6으로 올리자는 투표에 반대한 1인입니다. ---

이번에 재의견을 묻는 투표를 진행하겠다는 프로포즈로 알고있습니다 처음 인플레이션 변경안건을 제안할 당시는 KOK PLAY의 KOK와 K STADIUM의 KOK가 동일한 가치였으나 지금은 KOK와 KSTA로 분리가 기정사실이고 가치 평가는 달라지게 될것입니다 즉 그때와 지금은 상황과 환경이 변하였습니다 그에 따라 수정도 되어야 하며 진정 건전한DAO란 변화에 즉시성의 대응도 필요하다 생각합니다 ---

우린 현실의 kok 시장가치에 너무나도 힘들어 하고 있음입니다. 투표결과의 이행 또한 중요하지만, 오랜 시물레이션의 운영사의 고뇌에 우리도 다시금 생각여지는 있다고 봅니다. Ksta 수량도 많음이 좋아보이지만 가치가 더욱 더 중요하다 여길 것입니다. 예로 Ksta 1개의 가치가 500원 되는것 보다 2000원 된다면 3000원 유지되어진다면 더할 나이없이 좋겠죠. Ksta 가치는 Dapp들의 협상에 있어 아주 주요한 비중을 차지 할 것이라 봅니다. 따라서 이번 운영사의 깊은고뇌 속의 거버넌스 제안은 아주 심의깊게 받아들여야 할 것이라 보아집니다. ---

지금은 ksta 코인의 상장을 앞둔 시기이며, 추후 상장되어도 세계시장의 평가를 받아야 하는 코인 초년생입니다 대학 졸업 후 사회에 첫발을 내딛는 초년생이 큰 사채를 안고 있다면 자신 스스로도 위축될 것이고, 사회도 그런 초년생을 좋게 볼리가 없습니다 더구나 그 사채를 갚으라고 시장에 많은 물량이 나온다면 그 영향을 어찌 작다고 하겠습니까? 소탐대실이고 직면한 내 재산에 대한 문제입니다 실수 할 수도 있고, 잘못된 결정을 할 수도 있습니다 그러나 그 걸 인지하고도 아집을 자존심으로 포장하여 과감히 옳은 결단을 내리지 않는다면 그 결과는 결코 작지 아니하다 하겠습니다! ---

얼마를 다받고 얼마를 덜받고의 문제는 아닙니다. 원칙과 룰의 관점에서 봐야합니다. 2프로에서 6프로로 변경했을때 부작용이 많다는 시뮬레이션이 나왔다면 투표전에 적극 홍보를 통해 부결이 될수 있도록 했어야합니다. 투표결과가 가결이 된 상황에서 이건 이러이러해서 실행하면 안좋지 않겠어요? 라고 말하고 그걸 맞다고 맞장구치면 실행안해도 되는건 아니지 않나요? 사실이번 kokplay와 kstadium 의 투트랙 정책이 분리해서 운영하는걸로 가결이 되었습니다. 사실 투트랙으로 운영되면 kokplay는 많이 쇠퇴하고 활성화되기 쉽지 않다는건 많은 분들이 생각하는 부분입니다. 이걸가지고 kokplay도 같이 살려야하니 다시 투표하고 재고 합시다 라고 한다면 이건 어떤가요? 이번 투표가결된걸 뒤집자는 말이 절대 아닙니다. 투표에 붙여졌고 결과가 나왔으면 따라야 한다는겁니다. 진정한 다오는 충분한 안건에대한 검토후 투표로 결정이 나면 거기에 따라야겠지요 현명한 운영사가 뒤집고 똑똑한 so가 번복하고… 이건 dao가 아니지 않나요? 이런 시행착오를 거치지 않으려면 안건 상정부터 아주 신중하게 해야 합니다.
