[Notice] Inauguration of CEO of K STADIUM and Compensation Pool

Greetings from K STADIUM Team

These are the follow-up to Medium’s last official statement.

1. Inauguration of the CEO of K STADIUM Corporation in Singapore
After Medium’s official announcement, Medium Chairman Kim Pan-jong was listed as the representative of K STADIUM PTE.LTD on December 15, 2022.

2. Law Firm Jeongsol and K STADIUM Compensation pool
As stated in the previous announcement, all of Chairman Kim’s shares of Medium, Medium Games, and MTRT are now in the progress of securing at the law firm Jeongsol to be used as a compensation pool until 2024 in case of any unexpected issues may threaten the sustainability of K STADIUM. The final work is scheduled to be completed so that it can be legally effective next week.

More information will be announced through a separate notice.

Kstadium Admin, how foes this affect MTRT stock. Can someone please explain what are the palns for MTRT?? I have wrote emails to Medium, Medium employees, and few others related to Medium on LinkedIn but not a single reply. As an investor and fan of Medium and kim panjong may i know what are the plans for MTRT Shel?
