First of all, we would like to express our gratitude to SO and SOM for their active participation in the voting for the recently held ‘Policy Change No. 1’, and thanks to you, the vote ended successfully. We ask for your continued interest and support so that K STADIUM, a DAO-based community in which we all participate, can reach its goal.
The second policy agenda is 'Adjustment of the reward distribution’. As it is mentioned in the previous announcement, the value of the reward is also lowered in proportion to the KOK of investors who have made a valuable deposit due to the recent decline in the overall value of the cryptocurrency market.
Below is the detailed content from the K STADIUM white paper.
"The ratio of block rewards to community pool rewards varies depending on the
available funds in the community pool. As the community pool essentially represents
the investment capital available on the platform, in case of deficiencies funds will be
increased in order to attract higher-quality projects. And in the case of an abundant
community pool or just the opposite, the block rewards distribution ratio is increased to
distribute more rewards to investors." (white paper, v0.98, p.11)
As the above content stated, in order to ensure the sustainability of the K STADIUM ecosystem through the fair implementation of the growth and distribution policy, we are announcing the ‘Second Policy Change Agenda’ to change the block reward rate to a maximum of 80%. The decision for the agenda will be made through SOM’s voting.

Content: Reward distribution ratio 60% → 80%
Period: Temporarily for 6 months (however, when the KOK price rises, the agenda for adjusting the ratio will be re-determined by voting)
After a significant discussion in the forum, the final decision-making process for policy changes will be made through voting in the community within the K STADIUM App.
We ask for your interest and participation from SO and SOM in this second policy discussion so that we can get one step closer to the true DAO pursued by K STADIUM through the governance agreement.
